When is my bill due?
We only bill 6 times a year, the following are those due dates:
  • January 27th
  • March 27th
  • May 27th
  • July 27th
  • September 27th
  • November 27th
How do I establish or cancel service?
Please call the District at 951-735-2368 or come into the District office.
What is the billing process?
Bills are generated the last day of the month every other month for the prior two month’s service. Bills are due and payable upon the due date.
What are my payment options?
Home Gardens Sanitary District accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, and Money Order. You can also set the Home Gardens Sanitary District up as a Payee through your online Bill Pay. This cannot be done at the District office but must be done through your bank. Payment should be made either by mail, in person at the HGSD office during normal business hours or by using the night drop box located outside at the end of the ramp to our office.
Can you email me my Bill?
Yes. Please just call the District Office at 951-735-2368 to add your email address.
How are late fees generated?
Bills are due and payable upon the Due Date. Payments are posted on the date they are received in the District office, not the date post-marked. A late charge of 18.75% will be applied to unpaid account balances.
What if I am going on vacation?
To ensure uninterrupted sewer service or late fees, please contact us about billing and payment arrangements prior to your departure.
Does HGSD provide trash service?
Home Gardens Sanitary District does not provide Trash Service. You must contact Waste Management at (951) 688-4326 to arrange new service.
